ADR Services

Mr. Shelton completed his Basic Mediation training at The University of Texas School of Law - Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution in accordance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 154.052(a). He completed his Advanced Family Law Mediation training at the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin, Texas in accordance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, § 154.052(b) .

MEDIATION

Mr. Shelton mediates disputes involving personal injury, insurance issues, and general business disagreements as well as family law matters. Mediation can be held here at our office or at your location.

ARBITRATION

Mr. Shelton presently does not offer this service, except for insurance matters.

COLLABORATIVE & COOPERATIVE LAW

Mr. Shelton currently does not practice collaborative law. Currently, at least one state has concluded there is a ethical problem with the 4-way collaborative contract.
